Regulations for obtaining monetary donations

§ 1

1. The collection of Donations by the Pallottine Sisters Missionary Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Płońska 20, 03-683 Warsaw, KRS: 0001225859, NIP: 5243065781, REGON: 544059615 is carried out in accordance with the Regulations and the Privacy Policy and is carried out as part of the Foundation’s statutory activities.

2. Income from Donations constitute income from the Foundation’s statutory activities.

3. The Regulations define the rules and conditions for making Donations to the Foundation.

4. The Regulations define the scope of the Foundation’s rights and responsibilities.

§ 2

The following terms used in the Regulations have the meanings assigned to them below:

1. Foundation – the entity specified in §1 section 1 of the Regulations;

2. Regulations – these regulations;

3. Privacy Policy – ​​rules regarding Users’ privacy posted on the Website fundacjapallotynek.org/polityka-prywatnosci/

4. Purpose – a socially useful undertaking determined by the Foundation, announced and described on the Website, falling within the scope of the Foundation’s statutory activities, for the implementation of which the Foundation collects funds;

5. Donor – any natural or legal person or organizational unit without legal personality that has made at least one Donation to the Foundation in the manner indicated in the provisions of these Regulations;

6. Donation – has the meaning given by the provisions of the Civil Code, except that the subject of the Donation is an amount of money.

7. User – any person or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Website in any way;

8. Website – the Foundation’s website located at the domain: fundacjapallotynek.org.

§ 3

1. Every User is obliged to read the provisions of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy.

2. Each User of the Website who intends to make a Donation unconditionally confirms that he/she has read the provisions of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy and accepts them in their entirety.

3. For proper use of the Website, each User should have technical devices with access to the Internet, equipped with a web browser that supports cookies, and an e-mail address.

§ 4

Use of the Website may not violate the provisions of the law, the provisions of the Regulations and the Privacy Policy.

§ 5

1. The Foundation offers Users the opportunity to make Donations in the following ways:

a) by bank transfer to the Foundation’s bank account;

b) directly on the website via przelewy24.pl.

c) directly on the Foundation’s website

d) directly on the website https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61573213378709

2. Details regarding the execution of payments and the manner of their execution by payment operators (e.g. bank, card payment operator, electronic payment operator, etc.) are specified in the regulations established and applicable by these operators.

3. Users may make Donations according to their choice using the methods indicated in paragraph 1.
